When the development team began dreaming of Flipper Bend, we knew the community would be hallmarked by conservation and sustainability of the surrounding land. From the get go, we have partnered with the Wild Trails, Tennessee State Parks, and the Southeastern Climbers Coalition to protect, manage & enhance access to the 7,000 + acres of state protected land surrounding the Flipper Bend Community. As a result of our combined efforts, we have made trails more accessible, furthered efforts for the land to move from protected land to an official Tennessee State Park, and helped create an unmatched recreation area for hikers, climbers & mountain bikers.
