Designed by Flipper Bend’s Master Designer, Jim Klippel, the Stillhouse is our community hub, the perfect place for a game night or celebration with friends. With an expansive porch overlooking the Tennesee Valley, the Stillhouse is the perfect place to gather, connect & unwind.
Private Trails
In partnership with Wild Trails, Tennessee State Parks & the Southeastern Climbers Coalition, Flipper Bend offers resident access to over 5 miles of continuous trails and over 7,000 acres of protected state land — perfect for outdoor exploration and adventure.
Event Lawn
From watching little ones take their first steps to throwing a football around in the fall to community yoga — the event lawn is the perfect spot for creating core memories with family & friends.
Camping
Enjoy the outdoors with perfect camp sites on the lower brow with fire rings. Just steps from your Flipper Bend home, our campsites are a convenient way to get away from it all.
The Swimming Hole
The pool area sits alongside the Stillhouse & Lawn. The pool area features a pool house with refrigerators, restrooms and a covered pavilion perfect for parties and events. With a brow view of the Tennessee Valley, the pool is a community favorite for kids & adults alike.
